Darkened Beauty (Imagination)
Looking through my shattered window
Outside I see you standing there.
The cresent moon making you
Just slightly visible to my eyes.
A beauty undefined in all existence.
Just standing there, what are you thinking?
Darkness slowly engulfs and I see
Your figure\'s no longer there.
Were you just...
A figment of my imagination?
Or were you really there?
As I wait until the next evening
I sit down in the spot I saw you.
The darkness falls once again,
But you weren\'t here.
Imagination got the best of me.
Now these gentle tears roll down my cheeks.
Slowly, I get up to move again, hesitating.
I move on, thinking of you.
