Ah, sudden bouts of random inspiration, where would we be without thee? It's been a while since I made something truely creepy and Silent Hill-influenced. I give thee a being that could be a monster to kill in Silent Hill which I have dubbed "the Hanging Woman". I could define the parts of the psyche that'd make something like this, but why spoil the fun?
