I wouldn't say that it sucks. I actually like the fact that you kept the original in pencil; it gives the colour a whole new depth that inking by any means just can't provide. The wings, however, seem to stick out a little too much (were they drawn completely on the computer?); be careful.
Its neat that you kept the pencil art it saved you a lot of time inking it to me inking is one of the most pain in the butt things to do in a drawing. Nice job on the coloring and great job with that moon it really came out nice.
