This is a new design for Andy (from my animated-series-in-progress Andy and Jake) that is not final yet. Please comment on the proportions, detail etc. so I can improve the design.
Please note: The background SHOULD be white, I dunno why it's not. Also, for some reason it shows up more pixely than it really is.
