This my new baby Ares. He's a Blue-Headed Pionus. Around 2 years of age, his head, neck and breast will be a brilliant iridescent sapphire blue.
He and Matisse are starting to tolerate each other's presence now. I hope they start being friends. That will be awesome.

X3 I have 16 birds, we were considering a Maxi Pi for a long time, but then we found a Maroon-bellied Conure who hates everyone but me o_O She's a rescue, was 5 when we got her and was in the Pet Store for a year D: She bit everyone, and the employees disliked her enough that the price was really cheap ;_; Poor Ginny D: But now she's happy, loving, and cuddly :>

That is so sad D: I have dreams about our birds escaping all the time, and it freaks me out :/ The place where we got out 'too has some eenyweeny Blue-headed babies, I love their begging call
