Pool of Wisdom

What is life?
What is death?
What is love?
What is hate?
What is it that keeps those alive,
Who have no hearts,
And know no good?
What does it mean when you say,
You know all the answers,
When there have never been any questions asked?
Is there truly someone higher,
Than us with powers strong,
And arms protective and outstretched?
Answers for such questions are inevidible,
Though can never be conquered,
And remain unanswered.
Because the Water lie under,
Where we do not know,
Of answers hidden within its depths,
Of forever lasting knowledge.
Though it lie dormant,
It sends its messengers of the elements,
And they whisper words in our ears,
Few words that have the answers,
And some that deny our purpose.
So,
Child, if you may,
Go.
Flee.
And find the Water,
Discover the answers,
Of which remain unknown.
Understand the limits,
Know the strife,
And begin your quest,
For the Pool of Wisdom.
