No, this is not the average mushrooms from the Mario Bros. game, but I tend to do a little photomunipulation from the project that I redid by myself. I was pretty bored since there is not much new going on. I usually paint it with the color green and switch the layers to overlay so it looks like that way.

That mushroom is a Polyporus squamosus or Dryad Saddle. It is a parasitic fungus that tastes great bolied then marinated in a nice Italian dressing. It will refruit each spring and fall of the same tree if there is enough rain fall. Sorry for the unsolicited information, it's one of my favorite mushrooms.
