Oh.. my... word. c_c; This took me freakin -forever-! x_X; But it was worth it.
I worked hard on this, really hard... to make it as perfect as I possibly could since Lugia is my favorite legendary.

By the way... yes... that is Fire, Ice, and Lightning islands in the background there. Although you can barely see the latter. x_o Ahar... apologies to the Zapdos fans.
