As stated, I'm on DA until my subscription runs out, at the least. I'm giving it a lot of thought. I'm going to play it by ear and I'm not making rash choices - After all this is Finals week for me and stress makes perception on situations skewed.. to say the least.

Anyway... Back to the image.

On Animal Planet they featured police dogs. Many police dogs are the type that hear "Get that bad guy" and know to attack the person they're hunting down. Well they talked about other special police dogs -- not really the Narc dogs, but rather those police dogs that had multiple talents.

I saw one dog on there that really inspired me. I'm thinking his name was Stormy. He was a black German Shepard mix with brown over his eyes and an unusual white-highlight patching his coat. He was my inspiration -- I gave Kite a traditional GS cape marking.

What was neat about the dogs is that they were aware of the "Get that bad guy" command, but also, were trained in search and rescue. By the word "Search" they knew they were after someone to be found alive and unharmed. Another rare talent of the dogs (rare to have this last one, let alone all three) was "Body". That command told the dog that they were searching for human remains. The dog was so sensitive, he find the trace elements of a dead body.

Anyway. Inspiration behind Kite.
