Moonlight Garden

Yis, my friend DDB asked that I upload this to sheezy when I was done. Tis a painting of my character, Naraka, and her char Andeena, having a peaceful moment in a moonlight garden. I worked more on this than I usually go on a picture. I had actually started it around October or November, but quite because my computer just didn't have the capabilities to handle the file. I needed the image bigger to fill in the detail, but that wasn't going to happen.

So, I sat on it for months, until finally my computer was revamped. I took it back up and completed it. How many hours has been spent, I cannot rightly say, but a good few more than usual. I think you can see where all the time was spent.

Overall, I'm very happy. I do believe this is going to begin a new era of actual digital paintings from me, as opposed to the senseless scribblings I usually do. I want very much to pregress, which I feel I haven't been doing lately, and I believe I'm going to accomplish this by tackling things I don't usually. I think I've established that I'm fairly fearless when it comes to the diversity of subject matter in my art (maybe not here, but definitely on deviant). I intend to continue along that thread. Push my talent. I haven't been for years and it shows in a rather sad state of stagnation. Anyway, that's that.
