LOVE
LOVE
Love is one thing man always seeks. People have risked lives for it, some even pay money to hold on to love for even one night. Sometimes love can be found in the oddest of places. Others it's right under your own nose.
The ringing of the school bell told me it was time to go home. I packed up my things and walked out to my car. Waving at the bodies that fill the halls. None ever stopped to look or listen to what I said, so why should I do it to them. I sat down inside my 87 Hearse. Gothic is what I get labled. Pulling out of the parking lot and down the road my phone goes off. Ten minutes of tears and anger. My girlfriend wants to call it quits. "DAMN!" I shouted as I pulled into my driveway.
I walked into the house and threw my books onto the couch and slammed my fists down. "Why? I mean me and her had something. Didn't we?" After a few more punches to my couch I walked into my bedroom. I sat down and logged onto the net. I waited a minute or two before my best friend signed on. I told her the happenings and she told me hers. It seems her fiance broke it off. "Well aren't we lucky." I scoffed and typed more. Even though we've only seen though pictures I could tell I would like her.
"WHAT!" I almost spit out my beer as I read her IM. She wanted to meet me. Two hours and her bus will be here. I panicked and threw on some half decent clothes. "I guess wearing boxers is out." I laughed as I straped my boots. Running to my car I peeled out. "What if I look funny. I mean she may not like the real me." These thoughts ran through my nervous head. "Arriving at the bus station two hours early. Man I'm a dork."
Sitting down I reached for my cell and called her. We talked for an hour then she was cut off. I thought it was just another tunnel. I turned my cell on powersave and sat back in my car. I fell asleep waiting for her. I awoke 5 hours later. "Oh no!" I got up and looked around. "She knows my car and she knows me." I rushed around looking for her. I asked the man selling tickets where the bus was. Turns out it wasn't a tunnel. Her bus never exsisted.
The drive home was filled with qustions and confusion. "But how?" I got home and logged back on. She was there. After talking to her she told me that the bus broke down and she came home. I believed her till I looked over her picture one more time. "YOU'RE DEAD!" I shouted at her. "Your picture has a date in the news paper. 1834." She sounded sad by my words. "How? I mean you're dead aren't you?" She nodded over her cam.
"I died on that bus all those years ago. And now I'm looking for a love to get me." I looked shocked at all this news. "And since you waited the longest. You are the one." A green light filtered my room and I was on a bus. She looked at me and smiled. "This way. We'll be on the bus forever." I heard a loud screach then the bus took off the curb.

...wow. And apart from mis-spelling 'through' at the start of the fourth line, third paragraph, it seems to read just fine.
original, I can see clearly what's happening - the description is just right, not too pernickity, not too vague - in my mind.
in short, you rock. watched
