Photo was smudged
I guess that will make some people happy considering I never claimed the actually Photography as my own and I would have placed it in that section but considering some people freak out while I see hundreds of others do the same thing without getting yelled at. I placed this in the digital art section for a reason. I then replaced it in Photomanuipulation so that people get that it is a photomanipulation.

It looks like you just smudged the photo to make it look like a digital painting. Realize, that if you did this, the photo probably has copyrights and you will probably get sued.
