What a creative title
This is the mascot for the anime club I helped start at my school...
She doesn't really have a name, the comcept for her design is a mixture of stereotypes (neon hair, cat ears/tail, school girl outfit)
I drew it in pen, colored with prisma pencils, and a filter in Photoshop
