Very lovely. Did you use the magic wand tool to cut her out? To get rid of the white lines around the images, try increasing the tolerance...and if you can't do that without selecting stuff you don't want to select, try using the polygonal lasso tool. It takes a little longer, but the images come out so clean. or you can use the smudge or blur tools to get rid of it...or the magic eraser. ^^
