She's the very first fan character I actually tried developing a background to. Sometimes she doesn't have the wings depending on how I change things around but wings are pretty
So I drew them in here. Kathy has a twin (that I'll post next) and Kathy is the more adventerous, semi-aggressive, more tomboyish type of the two.
And if some were wondering, I did borrow this Kathy's design to make the EXE-based Kathy.
