"Goodbye, Sanderston"---inked

I liked the starkness of the overall theme, so I saved the inked version even though it lacks depth, has a tiny bit of coloring (on Jak'edrac's horns), and has more noticeable glitches than the finished version.

This inked in-progress version shows both the pros and cons of transferring a mental picture straight to paper, without using any direct references (drawing on memories of old nuclear test footage from the 1950s, etc). If nothing else, I really ought to start using direct human figure refences. Might make a heck of a difference. o__O
