Pauly the Anthro-Dragon Rides Again!
Elftown had a really goofy contest called 'Cheese Contest'. I got into a silly conversation with a few people, and I mentioned something about that scene in 'Star Trek: First Contact' where the Borg Cube is headed toward Earth, and then gets intercepted by a bunch of Federation starships . . . I thought that special effects shot was really cool. I suggested something along the lines of, 'Now suppose I turn the Borg cube into a block of Swiss Cheese and have Pauly the Anthro-Dragon going for a ride? Not that my artistic abilities are THAT developed yet, mind you.'
I definitely rushed the background, as I help up the contest past its posted deadline . . . and I lost, heehee, to things that took a grand total of five minutes to draw.

Is it just me, or does that 'Star Wars' Imperial Star Destroyer wanna-be looming in the background look like a bunch of wires sticking through a heap of scrambled eggs? Boy, do I have a lot to learn!
Such is the zany spirit of Elftown at its best . . . A guy with the screen name 'Captain Kirk' won third place with a cheese wedge in his eye. I am NOT making that up! LOL
