80's Video Games Cereals.

Not only do I collect old video games I also do get some video game-like stuff fromt-shirts, toys, and if there's one cool thing I love about the 80s then its had to be the old breakfast cereals based on video games when I was a kid. A huge Pac-Man fan then and now, I was going crazy when Pac-Man cereal came out now I can eat HIM! Bwah-hahahah!. The reason is because I like marshmallows in my cereal, and Pac-Man cereal was basically a Lucky Charms ripoff. There were corn "dots," and marshmallow ghosts and Pac-Man. Later on they added a Super Pac-Man marshmallow, which was just a bigger Pac-Man, and also a two-tone Ms. Pac-Man marshmallow that was pink and white.

Of course, one can't live on Pac-Man cereal alone. I also remember a Donkey Kong cereal, which was a Cap'n Crunch ripoff. I guess we were suppoed to think the little yellow globs looked like barrels! They later also had a Donkey Kong Jr. cereal, which was a little more original. It had round red crunch berries and yellow banana shaped things. I remember that there was a "Donkey Kong Jr. cereal pez dispinser" offer one time, does anyone have one?

More recently, there was the "Nintendo Cereal System," with half a box of Mario Bros. cereal and half of Zelda cereal. It was basically weird Froot Loops with the yellow, green, and orange colors in the Mario half and red, purple, and blue in the Zelda half. I think the cereal was also supposed to have shapes of the characters, but I couldn't recognize anything.

Anyway hope some of you old timers from the 80s will get some flash back from there's old cereal boxs
