This is pH's character Locke from her new story LEGEND: The Key of Saelia. I can't remember the plot to the story, but pH does. Ask her. Maybe when she posts her own pictures of her characters she'll tell the whole plot for the story. Because she knows it. Because it's her story. I'm just a sidekick.
