You did an awesome job on the hands, the eyes and expression is great too. Her right leg seems to be angled strange, but Im not expert on angles... actualy Im horrible at them. The wrinkles and shading in the shirt is great!

The lines are somewhat simplified, giving it an abstract look, yet a realistic one at the same time. She's cool!
