Because London seems to be evolving at quite a pace.
A happy guy most of the time, London usually has the typical hyena-grin. Though he has his serious moments too. *points up* ;D
He's pretty active, and spends a lot of the time at work. Though his work is far from boring... *mysterious pause* X3

Note, I don't endorse smoking in any way. It MAY be sexy on the right person, but in general I despise it. Been there, done that, don't want to die JUST yet, thanks.

Hmmmmm.....
I agree about smoking-strangely though most of my characters smoke, despite the fact that I've never felt the urge to do it myself.
Anyway, I really like his hat, it was very well drawn a part from being a cool hat in the first place. :)
I also really like his expression, he looks so thoughtful in this, like maybe he's just seen something that really affected him.
Great job on the anatomy too, you drew his arms with great accuracy.
