They were drawn very well, I think. They were coloured nicely too. Very realistic.
I love the way that the blue of the pen looks on the brain-matter as well. And, as Kuria said, it's neat how you drew the wound as a heart shape.
I really love his nose for some reason, I love the pointiness. His lips and chin were done well too.
