Yes! It is Latias! I got lots of requests for her, so, I made her! She's so adorable, but Latios is still my favorite. =3 Maybe it's because I never had a big brother, so maybe it's that 'looking up to older sibling' idea. I WANT A BIG BROTHER. D: I'm a big sister, so I normally end up protecting my little brothers. --;; It's great being looked up to, but for once, I want to have someone to look up to as well.
