Resident V-Evil (Parody) based H.A.T.E. uniform. Designed on the morning because I got bored.
Yes that is a scythe my cartoony version of me is holding.
I do have a male version, I just don't know who to use as the model. :/
(Ah good old cell shaded style. So quick and easy to do. It's been a while since I tried it out)
