This is Powerpuff-Lover in a "poofy-dress". I know that the timer read 15,236 minutes at AHR's OP-based Powerpuff Oekaki board and I don't know why this took so long to finish but I wasn't feeling too great to continue on with this picture by myself.
The reference pictures were usef for the bottom part of hair as well as much of the pose.
However, I was unable to find references for the upperpart of the hair and poofy dress.
I got around drawing the blue dust clouds for a change, this time using freehand instead of circles. I got this idea from
Lady-Min who recently drew her version of the Britterz picture. I need to work on that in the forseeable future.
Trinity forgot to fix the lineart in this picture, but even so since not may people draw PpGs anymore, it appears that I'm getting worse and worse as time goes on.
On a positive note, I added purple and white bangs in her hair.
This picture didn't turn out too great and I might have to redo PpL in the forseeable future.
