OK, this is a picture of Sailor C. Sailor C is the form before Sailor Clio, Like there is a Sailor V before a Sailor Venus. This was done on a request by that I do more hand drawn work. I quite like the way this turned out actually, comments please!
Much better i'd like to see more hand drawn things like this. and with a bit more improvement you'd be up thre with most of the otaku senshi artist in no time.
