Done in Open Canvas (sketching & inking) + Painter 9 (OMG!!!! She's using something other than OC!?)
Wow.... for once, I'm actually not drawing fanart.... *dies*
It's my first time trying to use Painter (as my bro has been telling me to do so for million of years...) I didn't like using Painter before because I couldn't get the pressure sensitivity thing to work properly, but now I've found out how to get it to work! Yay~ This is sort of like an experimental piece so it's not very good.... >_< Oil paints + anime is one hell of a weird combo!
Anyway, a character I've made up on a not-so-special day... Real name + age + origin unknown, people around only know him as the "Timekeeper". He's kind of similar to Count D in "Petshop of Horror". He runs a shop called "Passage of Time", which (on the surface) sells clocks and watches. But secretly runs a service to help his customers' wishes "come true" with his magic abilities (time altering).

First time using Painter, eh? Well, it's absolutely gorgeous. You can do no wrong. Even when combining the likes of oil painting and anime style. It's excellent. I love the air of mystery that surrounds the character with his smile and those sinster crimson eyes and the background is like an ethereal dreamworld. I worship you. I really do o-o *shuts up now*

He kinda looks like Allen Walker from D.Gray-man. Same hair, eyes, clothes, and similar funky tattoo-thing on the left eye.
Except Allen doesn't have time magic in the manga or anything.
