GAX for February; I was assigned shinmaxwell's snowy owl/white wolf gryphon Klaus. So here's Klaus, padding across a windswept tundra (oddly similar to winter in Eastern Montana
) and glancing back toward the seldom-seen winter sun. Shading white critters is difficult. >.o And shadows on snow are blue! Freaky!

Shading white characters SUCKS SO BAD.
When I complained about it in my journal, Noda suggested using light blue to accent the whites... Not entirely sure how, but she said it works. ;)
You managed to pull it off pretty well, though!
