Hmm. I've seen a bunch of people use MS Paint, and say the same thing.
Some people claim that the Senshi or Character is completely theirs when its not. They want people to think that they did that piece of work, and then when they color it in, it turns into a complete mess up piece. BUT, thats mainly for the Newbie Sailor Senshi fans out there, and when they create Otaku Senshi, they don't know the difference between whats right or wrong. But hey, we all have to start off somewhere, ne?
