(sweatdrop) you can actually skip the marinating and just cook it all at once, but believe it or not the marinating is good for lazy people. You only have to do half the steps at once! And then you go sleep in the middle! (I'm sure Shikamaru approves.)

Oh yeah - and you can make up a big batch of the pork and pop it in the freezer and throw together the rest whenever you feel like it...

I figure Torren's sewing tutorials are quite handy, maybe someone will think of this when looking for lunch inspiration someday...
