'Nother character! She's Nika, and is "apprentice" to a witch, who also cursed her to look like that. The witch puts her through a lot of bullshit, so Nika keeps her emotions bottled in and thusly seems very cold. But she's really near her breaking point and won't be able to deal with much more soon.
