White little dots used to suggest highlights can work when used sparingly but I feel you've used them more than necessary here. Within the anatomical rules of chibi illustration the proportions of the body are pretty good. Only thing is that the legs of the boy seem too long. Still good work though. I like seeing traditional colouring over digital.
