used in a poster design I hope to start producing and selling
while fully colored, I tried to go with a more old fashioned cartoon design. it's most noticed with the eyes though.
the post they went on contains the slogan: "Think Before You Vote" a phrase I got from my mother. All credit for the idea goes to her.
