Cleo Necrotiti (a.k.a. Sorceress of the Sands), a powerful Egyptian sorceress capable of controlling sand and heat. She can summon mummies, scarabs, locusts and sandstorms out of sand as well as fusing it with her structure to become a giant Scarab, Scorpion or Sphinx. Her means of surviving her life are to absorb the youth from the living. Methods? She can either suck it out like a vacuum, or transform her staff into a snake to have it bite down on the living like a vampire.

She was never fond of the idea of Spandex until Nova insisted that she try on a costume she designed for the mummy. She normally wears a brass breast covering as well as an Egyptian dress with a brass belt. She can also be seen wearing a black leotard with a yellow wadjet in the center, and yellow tights with black wadjets on the sides, a yellow Mummy suit with orange hieroglyphs and a black and yellow zentai suit with a cape.
