Yoshi's Final Stand

This is a painting I did of the dutiful dinosaur battling the titanic toddler tyrant. Going through Yoshi's Island, one of my all-time favorite games, I battled Shy Guys with eggs, watermelons, my rear end and my tongue. I faced tremendous, screen-filling bosses. But I was having fun the entire time...Then I walked through the final corridor, to the last red-bolted door. I found myself in a sort of play room, and in it, a much younger version of everyone's favorite turtle king called me a "gween donkey", and proceded to mount my saddled back. After trouncing the little brat, his trusted mage, who he'd stomped into the ground earlier, uses the miracle spell that had created the bosses I faced on the Koopa king...And the sky turned black. The screen faded in, and the castle I once stood in was now crumbling...I look into the background and an ominous pair of glowing eyes appear...It was him...And not just ten times bigger like the others...He was at least 100 times bigger. Suddenly, my fun had ended...This was serious. If I failed, it'd be the end of not only Yoshi, but also the entire Mario series. His fate was in my hands. I have little room to move, and the gigantic tortoise is fastly approaching...But I had to win...for everyone's sake...
