This wasn't meant to be anything great or anything, it's just an Idea that came to mind, which is why it looks like a 5 year old made the background.
This is based of the song "La Mer" by Django Reinhardt & Stéphane Grappelli (look it up it's great, no lyrics; just awesome old timey music :iconmegustaplz:)
It looked a lot better in my head, but I still like the way it turned out
