The only thing you lack is contrast-you can almost always use more contrast in your drawings. I could too for that matter...but I still like your drawing, you really captured the eyes well and the hair is believable. The only reason your hair could be better is more contrast would make it look less like pencil and more like a photo-but everything else is great. Did you graph it out or do it freehand?
