Lotte: Boatneck Sweater Girl

Another Doll Base! Yay!
And again, it's Lotte! Double Yay!

the base is found, like here, and is by vocazombie.
When I saw it, and that it had a sweater on, I was like "That's just like Lotte!", so yeah... I finished this at, like, midnight last night.
I've been trying to practice hair and it's shading and such, and I think I'm getting a bit better, but it still looks awful . D:
oh well.
