Bob
Bob is not the most intelligent but he is good with carpentry and built most of the village.
Martha
Martha likes to think she is above everyone else, she is fashion conscious but likes to make most of her own clothes and accessories.
Shelly
Shelly can be moody and, like her mother, likes to think she is better than everyone else. Although she is a pain she is a very good swimmer.
Bert
Bert is the strongest in the village and seems to be the most fearless - one day he got fed up of the monster and tried to fight it. He likes to keep himself to himself and keeps away from the other villagers.
Primrose
Primrose is very motherly, she likes to take care of the other villagers and takes it upon herself to visit Bert most days. She likes to cook and sew, although they sometimes distract her from keeping an eye on her children.Her husband is a scientist who works in the city, but she wanted to move her children to a nicer environment.
Holly
Holly is very loud and outspoken, and doesn't think about what she says before she says it. She doesn't like to leave the village but enjoys swimming.
Tulip
Holly's twin, Tulip is much quieter - she prefers to listen and watch. She does sometimes say intelligent things, or maybe just bring attention to something she has noticed.
Sheldon
Sheldon is the sea monster that terrorizes the village. He is always angry and occasionally smashes parts of the village in a rage. Piper named him Sheldon after Shelly - she thinks they look similar.
