Wendy, along with Thomas, Zwitter, and Victoire, makes up the gang o' youths that live in the outskirts of society, both on the Isle and back on the continent. Jacques's job is to babysit them, which goes about as well as one might think.
Wendy herself is a self-described bitch. Her political views lean towards anarchy, and as a result, she has few qualms about shoplifting, pickpocketing, begging, and general vagrancy. Her disdain for authority figures is legendary, but she seems to tolerate Jacques, seeing him more as a protective brother than an oppressive father.
