This is from the episode Spud The spudnificent, this was a very funny Episode indeed which saw Jake enter the talne show and Use Fu Dog as his Talking Puppet which follwed Almost Everybody and the tryouts.
Jake long is the funniest series ever made by Disney, it is a great laugh to watch too.
