My God, that's hilarious. I can't but help love this little guy! He's like Dust Man. A "why the hell would you invent this robot" Robot Master. Those are the best kinds, period... Except for Clown Man. Clowns suck.
Anyway, I like his basic design, and the kind of half-vacant look in his eyes really sells it. By the way, the paper airplane on his back was a really nice touch.
