That's very impressive animation! :) Even if it is just a simple animation it's still impressive.
man, is that how anime walk cycles work? I always thought everything was drawn on one frame...
Flash makes this type of animation a lot easier, but this is actually how they do cel animation, as well. They overlap different cels which hold different animations, frame-by-frame of course.
