Oh, cosplay... As far as I know, it's true that there are shops in Japan where you can buy those outfits, but I don't think they have Team Fortress 2 stuff.

And sorry, I had to do the Jarate joke. It was too strong... and on a side note: I don't like Haruhi Suzumiya. Since Sac is my least favourite character, I had to dress her like some character I didn't like at all. And Haruhi came to my mind. :V
