Bludo is a Cloud Thrasher of the Ironfist clan. He is strong-willed, short-tempered and a wonderfully loyal companion. Bludo protects his friends and befriends people very quickly, despite his scary appearance. Don't let that wicked grin fool you, Bludo's a sweetheart and wouldn't hurt a fly--unless it provoked him.
He set out from his village on a spiritual quest, one that all 'birth-marked' Cloud Thrasher's must undergo to find their true calling and place in the Eternal Tome (a metaphorical book used in Cloud Thrasher religion, which is said to hold the story of every creature that ever lived and died and will ever live and die). Bludo has been on this quest for 2 years and still does not know what he's looking for. Not long after he set out, he met Eseza and Luxman.
Cloud Thrasher's are a high-living race. They live at high altitudes; complete opposites to their Thrasher counterparts. They are much smaller than ground Thrasher's but are also about twice as strong. Even so, fully grown Cloud Thrasher's can grow to be up to 12 feet tall and Bludo's still got a few more years of growing to do.
Cloud Thrasher's have very tought skin and are often called the 'Stone Warriors', for obvious reasons.
Fun Fact: 'Birth-Marked' means that a Cloud Thrasher has a small mark at the base of their neck--one that looks like the torn page of a book. One wouldn't usually notice it without looking. In CT tradition, this mark (which is really a genetic mutation amoung their kind) means that the individual is on torn pages of the Eternal Tome and their story is incomplete. Thus, they must set out to 'find the missing pages of their lives'. When they have found their pages, they return to the village and a series of tribal markings are burned into the tought skin around the neck to cover the mark and show that they have passed their great test.
