Very beautiful! Not sure if I like the outline around every section of hair, around the outermost of it sure but having it isolated in sections of hair makes it really stand out in those areas, draws the eye away from the face (or at least it did to me lol).
really pretty coloring but the side of the shirt (the arm whole?) looks odd to me. Like the shoulder part pops out to much.
