Anywho, for those of you who don't know who this guy is, this is Cadence (or Cade) Heisui. He was gifted with psychokinesis (or telekinesis) when he was born. At the age of six, his parents brought him to a private academy that takes several other gifted children to train. He is still figuring out how to control his powers, but he is working hard because he wants to become the best Manipulator ever. He is childhood friends with his Summoner classmate Kiso, but they can get into pretty fierce rivalries at times.
