I adore dobermanns, they are so pretty.
I have art trades to do, but I just had to quickly finish this first.
Forgive my possible faults with the dog, I haven't drawn dogs very much.

Wow, you really are getting better. This looks great! I especially love the pose. It looks so natural. The doberman looks great, too.
Only comment would be on the rendering of the leather jacket. I think it would look better if instead of a gradient for the highlight, you had more of a contrasting sheen to it. That way it gives off more of a "leathery" feel to it.
