I did this at school during web design. I'm kind of done with my stuff there, I was bored and remembered they had CS4. [:
Figured I'd mess with Photoshop as I haven't made anything like this in a while. ( I really should go back to doing these, though. It's my most favourite. )
Thank goodness for Pixiv, or else I would've never gotten it on my home computer. Ugh. My school blocks every thing.
