Nauta running into trouble with his Island's Head Honcho.
Nauta never really ever did anything 'bad'.
The guy just didn't like him running all over the place.
Barefoot.

Just something quick.
I was doodling Island Mayor concepts, and came up with this guy.
Kind of like a gruff, quiet surrogate father to Nauta.
Maybe it's where Nauta gets his silence?

Maybe I'll come back and do more with it. I don't know.
